New Student Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open on February 4, 2026.

Enrollment is for students who are NEW to our school district.

Students will be enrolled in the district ONCE and automatically roll up each year, even when transitioning between different school sites.

TK / Kindergarten Enrollment

  • Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Student must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2026.

  • Kindergarten: Student must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2026.

The first step in the enrollment process is completed online and then you will be contacted with an enrollment appointment.

2025-2026 (Current Year) New Student Enrollment

The following documentation is required for all new enrollments.

Documents must be presented to the school in person after completing the digital enrollment form.

CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

PROOF OF AGE
(Certified copy of Birth Certificate, Duly attested Baptism Certificate, or Passport)

PROOF OF RESIDENCY
(Any two of the following documents)

  • Escrow papers showing purchase of home and parent/legal guardian's name OR Property Tax bill showing address.

  • Current PG&E bill or deposit receipt for PG&E service turn-on showing correct address and parent/legal guardian's name.

  • Current Oakley Disposal bill or deposit receipt for Oakley Disposal service start up showing correct address and parent/legal guardian's name.

  • Current telephone/cell phone bill showing correct address and parent/legal guardian's name.

  • Current water bill showing correct address and parent/legal guardian's name.

  • Homeowner's insurance statement showing correct address and parent/legal guardian's name.

  • Voter Registration or any correspondence from a government agency showing correct address and parent/legal guardian’s name.

  • Affidavit of Residency executed by the student’s parent/legal guardian - If a student and their family resides with another family member an affidavit must be submitted and accompanied by Verification of Residency by the family providing residence.  *Additional requirements are necessary, please contact school office staff.

If these documents are not available because the student is in transition, living in a shelter, hotel/motel, or other nonpermanent residence, please contact the school office staff for further assistance.

Please be advised that because we are a growing community, placement at your neighborhood school may not be possible. While we can assure you placement within our school district, we cannot guarantee placement at your neighborhood school.
