To engage educators in professional development and provide services that empower & serve the educational needs of culturally and linguistically diverse student populations. In order to accomplish this purpose we will:

Ensure the academic success of English language learners
Advocate for the development and maintenance of clearly defined language pathways & world language programs that will raise student achievement across content areas

Prepare students to fully participate in the 21st century economic, political, cultural and intellectual life of our global society.
