Facility Rental and Usage Information

Oakley Union Elementary School District uses Facilitron, a user friendly program, that enables the public to request the use or rental of District facilities online.  Facilitron allows the ability to: view pictures of available facilities; submit permit applications; upload Certificate of Insurance; determine an estimate of charges; track permit status; and, receive a final invoice.

  • All users/renters must create a Facilitron account for their organization.  If you need assistance setting up an account and/or submitting a facility use request, you can contact Facilitron directly at: support@facilitron.com, or by calling them at: 800-272-2962 ext. 1.

  • Applications should be completed and submitted 30 days prior to the date of the event.  There is no guarantee that requests entered less than 30 days in advance will be approved.

  • Prior to approval, the user/renter must upload a copy of their active/current Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).  The coverage must name the Oakley Union Elementary School District, their officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insured against liability to persons, damage to property and for the death of a person or persons arising or resulting from any act or omission on the part of the organizations, its agent, employees, or volunteers.

  • Coverage must include:

    • General Liability - $1,000,000 each occurrence; $2,000,000 Aggregate

    • Property Damage - $1,000,000

    • Automotive Liability - $1,000,000

  •  Final approval must be obtained PRIOR to facility use.  If your event has not been approved and you are approaching the event date, please contact our Maintenance and Operations department at pcarini@ouesd.k12.ca.us.

Although the process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, what is implemented on Facilitron remains the same as dictated by Oakley Union Elementary School District’s board policies on facility use.  Oakley Union Elementary School District’s administrative staff will make final decisions on all facility use requests.   • The sale and/or serving of alcoholic beverages is NOT ALLOWED on school property.

  • The use of tobacco products is NOT ALLOWED on school property.  This includes ALL tobacco products.

  • The use of school district facilities for private use by individuals is NOT ALLOWED.
