What Is PTSA?
PTSA is a volunteer association where parents, educators, students, & other citizens can be active in their school & communities.
Welcome to the Delta Vista PTSA! We are a community of parents, educators, and citizens dedicated to making our campus a fun, safe, and connected place for every student. If you’re transitioning from an elementary school PTA, you’ll love the biggest change here: the "S" stands for Students! We actively encourage our students to join because their voices and votes truly matter. Together, we enrich the middle school experience by supporting our amazing teachers, funding clubs, field trips, and electives, and hosting memorable family and community events. Join us today!
Meeting Dates
All meetings begin at 6:00 P.M. in the Delta Vista Middle School Library and via Zoom. The Zoom link is sent via email at least one week prior to the association meeting to all active members. VIGILANT PARENT INITIATIVE
Not PTSA managed but in support and collaboration with Delta Vista Middle School and the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office, we’d like to keep you updated on the following information. We will update this page once a date is confirmed.
The Vigilant Parent Initiative (VPI) is a two-hour, hands-on instructional program designed for parents of middle school students and adult professionals who work with youth. Led by experts from the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office and the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, participants explore the uses and potential dangers of modern technology. Stay up-to-date on events and learn more here.
