The Nutrition Services Department is a diverse team of caring professionals. Our vision is to promote the health of students today and in the future.  We take pride in serving students safe and nutritious meals. As part of the National School Lunch Program, school meals are available for ALL students for breakfast and lunch every day.

2022-2023 Meal Applications:

School Meals are Free for the 2022-2023 School Year for ALL students. No application is necessary for students to receive a meal.
However, classroom funding is still reliant on the demographics of student population; which is gathered from the School Funding Data Collections Form - please continue to apply annually! 

To help us ensure adequate funding is available to support educational programs that directly benefit your student, OUSEQR CodeD is asking that all families complete the short form so we have the most accurate data possible. You can access the short form by scanning the QR Code, or by visiting the website:

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
