CA Healthy Kids Survey

Parent involvement is one our most important District priorities.  In order to gather your feedback on this last school year, we ask that you complete the California School Parent survey.  This short survey provides a means to confidentially obtain:

•    parent perceptions about the school's learning environment
•    school climate
•    student supports 
•    Parent outreach and involvement efforts (e.g., how welcoming communicative
•    data on the scope and nature of parent involvement at the school (relationships, activities) and in the child's education in general

Each Survey is site specific. If you have students that attend more than one school site then we invite you to complete the survey for each school site. If you have more than one student at a school site, please think about the oldest student as you complete the survey.
